  I don't write bad reviews often, but this place is atrocious. They are the perfect example of a business that is too big and cannot manage their staff. Everyone who works there is completely miserable, they could care less about customers. I have seen them fight, and argue with each other in front of customers without any shame, management is miserable too. You can tell they JUST DONT CARE.

  I am reading all these fantastic reviews and wish i could give a good review. I am an out of state customer therefore I have to call in to get refills and every time I call in I am on hold for 45 minutes - 2 hours just for someone to answer. i cant tell you how many times I've been on hold and someone finally answers and says "Hello" once then hangs up... not allowing me time to pick my phone up and respond.... I then have to call back and wait on hold for another 45 minutes to 2 hours.... I will say that they have gone out of their way to drop off my medication at FedEx after hours one time and I really appreciated that but the hold time to get ahold of anyone is outrageous and seems to be a regular thing.

  There is something so unique about this place and I love that! I am able to find a perfect balance of traditional and holistic/specialty items. As a nurse i have told many people this is the place to find......

  Honestly not quite understanding some of the negative reviews??? I have visited this pharmacy numerous times and it is so clean and organized . The gift section has some really unique and useful items. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable , I had a great gentleman help me with the make up section and he was so patient and willing to help me find what I needed. I also have had friends use this facility for their specialized treatment and have nothing but praise and gratitude for these guys. I don't know ,,,, personally I LOVE THESE GUYS !!!

  Love coming here! While I have never used the pharmacy, they have EVERYTHING “all natural” and items you just cannot find anywhere else without having to go to multiple stores. KEEP UP the great work Metro!!! #MetroRocks
