  I always take my 13 year old twin boys here, never too much of a wait and they do a superb job!!! They love the razor shave, it's always a special trip to the barber for them, very reasonably priced! We will be back!

  Horrible customer service . Waited almost 3 hours . We let them know that we had 3 boys to cut hair . There was 4 people available . One of the guys took 1 boy and the other 2 people walked off to the back .We asked the last lady left of she was cutting hair and she said " no you guys said you came with the guy". . We never said we had someone in specific. The guy asked her if she can take one person and she rolled her eyes and kept sweeping the floor . 30 seconds later she said asked who else was cutting hair and took one of the other 2 boys . The 2 people in the back finally came back to the floor . Like what the heck **** HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ****** and I'm Mexican . They have a number system that is not used .

  🖕🏿this place I’m not one usually to judge or be racist against anyone but this is the kind of place where people should be deported back they have know respect for the customer nor do they try to have someone who could communicate with English speaking customers also there system of pulling a number doesn’t work if they let a whole family pull one number for more then one haircut. Close it down and reopen with American owners with customer service experience!! Oh and I’m pretty sure they don’t even have there degrees in this profession. 👎🏽👎🏽

  Tried to go a few times and my family is Mexican but we do not speak spanish and was treated like badly we waited over and hour for a haircut and pulled a number but when our number came up was told by one of the barbers he doesn’t cut female hair so we waited longer the men kept coming in and jumping on the chair without numbers and all the said was he had and appointment and then one of the females rolled her eyes at us when we argued then she said speak to the manager laughing and pointing to the manager and stating your the manager and laughing. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish so he was able to understand but we just ended up leaving they didn’t care..

  I’m as white as they come and every time I go to this barber particularly the female to the left in the front chair they are always polite and friendly.. not quite sure what the other reviews are talking about but I’ve never had any issues with any of the haircuts I’ve gotten there honestly one of the best places I’ve gone in Aurora I have alopecia and the lady is always very particular about how she cuts my hair making sure to help me cover any of the spots I have at any given time.. great place!!
