It’s okay. They try. Food and drinks aren’t amazing but it’s food you know? Everything tastes stale. Buuuuut love the variety they got going on. Too busy of a menu but at least u can get anything. They don’t know the difference between a latte or americano but it just opened recently. Hopefully they learn what works and what doesn’t

I'm convinced the person who said the burger had no flavor at all, didn't eat here! Not only is the food great in general, the burgers are incredible! I'm obsessed with the Italian Burger - a big, juicy burger with just the right amount of fragrant, tasty marinara sauce, tons of luscious fresh mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves... my mouth waters just thinking about it! I've been here numerous times since it opened and I have never had a bad meal! The service is excellent, too - friendly, kind and efficient. Do yourself a favor and get to Metro Bagel and Cafe for a tasty treat, everything from donuts to burgers to pizza, and everything in between!

I really like this place and I've gone few times already. However, yesterday I ordered a sandwich that included pepperjack cheese in the ingredients. When I sat down to lunch later in the day, I found peppers, not pepperjack cheese, in my sandwich. I picked them out and enjoyed my lunch, no big deal. This morning I ordered a bagel with hazelnut spread. I even pointed to the hazelnut spread in the front of the case to avoid confusion. But when I got on the train I realized I'd been given regular cream cheese instead. Both of these are pretty small things, not a huge deal but still, I like to know that I am actually going to get what I order. Otherwise, the food is generally great, the price is right, and the employees seem like really nice people.
