  Brought in my Dodge Charger after a rear end collision and they handled it amazingly. They went above and beyond the status quo for customer service. Definitely will be bringing back my car for they’re amazing detail work even if I don’t have a collision.

  My car was hit while parked resulting obviously in a claim that's long story short WHEN I MEAN THIS GUYS ARE AMAZING I MEAN THAT THIS GUYS HELPED ME WITH MY INSURANCE CLAIM BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW HOW IT WORKED OR MORE LIKE HOW ANYTHING WORKED!!!! AMAZING!! I HAD MORE PROBLEMS WITH MY INSURANCE THEN WITH THESE GUYS. SINCE I WALKED IN I WAS IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. SO PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ONE COMPLAIN AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK LISTEN I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT WAS MY CAR THEY FIX THE DAMAGES IN MY CAR SO PROFESSIONALLY DONE THAT MY CAR LOOKED LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED TO HER AND LET ME TELL YOU AND IM NOT LYING WHEN I TELL YOU MY CAR LOOKED BETTER WHEN I GOT HER BACK FROM THESE GUYS I MEAN IT I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS BUT MAX IS 5 😋 WHOOOOOHOOO

  Metro auto body shop is great! I had an accident in Manhattan and my car ended getting towed to their shop. I was not sure what to expect but it was the best thing that could of happened after an accident. They fixed the car and make it look better than it was before. They called me and followed up with me and kept me informed of the situation. They worked with the insurance I have and cleaned and detailed my car before I picked it up. I was highly impressed! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a body shop.
