Going to the ER is never fun but the visit I had about a month ago was the smoothest and best visit I've ever had in an emergency room. From the receptionist all the way to my nurse Jackie and Dr. Burke. They were very fast, thorough, honest and compassionate. I want to thank Dr. Burke for her advice, honesty and placing me on antibiotics which was one of the only things that helped stop the pain with this cyst and chronic infection growing in my sinus. I wish Dr. Bortolli-Burke practiced family medicine so she could be my primary!

The nursing staff were truly wonderful. My friend had rotator cuff surgery and had an amazing outcome. Dr.Bonness is a fantastic surgeon and genuinely cares about his patients and the best possible outcome of surgery.

Went with my sister last night to take her to the E.R, she had a very bad migraine. They had us waiting for a little over 4 hrs while the two behind the desks talked about where to find the best strippers. Very un professional! She signed the paper to leave and we went to mercy where they had her in and out with in an hr. Never will I be back.

The check in, surgical & recovery staff are awesome. 5 hrs in recovery-no room available, Goes down hill from there, overbooked & understaffed does not control pain, communications break down & the patient payes the price! Very late meds do not control pain, repeated calls ignored. CNA's, LPN's etc, can not do the Dr. or RN's job.
