  NO ONE answers the phone during business hours. And they send packages to the wrong address. I lost money because of these people.

  Friendly, helpful staff and convenient location. Always have what I need to mail out packages. Someone else said you can't mail out from this location, but that isn't true. I use this location at least twice a month to mail out boxes and have always had a nice experience.

  Maribel is incredibly rude. I was really surprised with how unhelpful she was. Rather than explain things she just silently pointed to signs in random walls. It felt like a prank show. She was a poor communicator about certain policies as well as which forms to fill out in order to mail my packages. I could not believe she even has a job! Goes to show you that a government job gives good job security when you can be as awful of a person as this woman and still have a job. :(

  Nothing. This and post office in the downtown El Paso area are misleading in person and unresponsive over the phone.
