::My Electrolux waher was not spinning and not draining. This is only a 1 year old machine so it is very frustrating. I called MER and they sent someone out the next day for about $55 service fee. They had to pick up a part and come back the next day to fix. Sure enough the technician came back and fixed. The total job was $149. I was very pleased with the entire repair job. Robert D was the name of the technician, I would definitely ask for this technician if you do call these guys. He was very professional.
