  Mercy care has some the most good for nothing case workers in the history of medical treatment. One in particular "Shay".Who i have had the displeasure of coming in to contact. I dont understand how you can work any cases if you neither answer the phone or return phone calls. I know there are employees there that mean well but if you cover for his in-eptness you are no better a service to the community than he.Well today he was able to remove me from his group as i rescheduled an appointment. Because i recieved a letter of urgency as they would tell me what the matter was and causing me undue stress. I went to regular doctor who thank GOD was able to review the result and assure me that every thing was ok. Only some slightly elevated and easily rectified lab results. I had people calling my phone to find out about group since they too had trouble getting him to answer or return calls. So no sooner than i called and informed the receptionist of again his neglect of a very important part of job simply answering the phone. I was on the phone which had said i had zero callers in front of me placed on hold 10mins where i hung up. As i still recieved phone call from others . Mercy calls back to assure me they were still trying to reach him. But about 5mins later recieved a call that group was still on. Then 2mins later Mercy Care called to find out if i was going to make the original appointment date of today. I told them that i had gone over things with my regular doctor and had to reschedule due to other important things i was already in route to on the otherside of town. Well i had medical complications from a biopsy that had earlier in the day. Which i had blood in my urine. As i came in and tried to see if i could get someone to tell me what to do. The receptionist flies back to tell him i was there without once trying to see what was the urgency. He has now shown up at the window as i had to go and pass more blood in the bathroom. Only to begin telling me i was out of his group. Yes i was there for the group but passing blood from my penis. Should have been addressed. But he insisted that since i missed the appointment i was no longer welcome to the group or Mercy Care. My question is. WHERE WAS THE MERCY? I notice there are a considerable amount of one star rating that many people cant be lying.

  I don’t like them at all they do too much and ask for too much I’ll stick to Grady!!!

  Thankful this place is here to assist people with medical and dental work. Blesses people who dont have income or insurance. Staff seems ok depending who is there. Sometimes conflicting info is given over the phone vs when you get there and thats if they even pick up the phone. If you go early when they open on the days not appt only there will be a line and they only see a certain amt of people that day. My mom was treated here and she loved the service. They took good care of her. Just getting to that point was a hassle.

  I have not been to the office but I was treated with the utmost respect when I called for an appointment. The woman on the phone was professional and courteous. They did not have an appoinmtne for my needs for a month out but she found me a cancellation and I was able to get one within two weeks.
