  I have been with Mercedes Benz Manhattan for 14 yrs. TATA...provides exceptionally well service, she is just amazing . Great workers as well... logistic have never been better. Thank you TATA for your amazing service ! Great place !

  I am always satisfied after leaving my car at Mercedes Benz Manhattan to be serviced and/or detailed. Specifically, a service adviser by the name of Krista Parise always takes very good care of me. She is great at explaining everything that will be done with my car in a way that I can easily understand and she always returns my car to me looking impeccable--like the day I first bought it. Even though I don't live in Manhattan, I always take my car to this dealership because Krista is so personable and always gets the job done in the exact amount of time she tells me it will take. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Manhattan--ask for Krista, she will go above and beyond to take care of everything you need.

  The service department at this location is 5 star in every way. I worked with Patrick Pires and he was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He gave recommendations, detailed explanations and allowed me to make my own decisions regarding the services. Every time I made a request, he went above and beyond to do his best for me. I had never experienced any customer service like this before. Just sitting at his desk makes you feel like you’re being treated like royalty. Because of Patrick, I would never want to drive anything but a Mercedes!

  My Name is Jodi Melendez and I have been going to Mercedes Benz located at 770 11th Ave since 2016 when I bought my first car, a black passion smart car. I love my car so much and absolutely loved my experience when buying it. I have gone back to get my tires fixed and get diagnostics done and every time, I go to the best Service Advisor I know, Patrick Pires. Patrick always takes care of me with a smile and gets the job done. I know that I can always count on him to be there for me when I call last minute that I'm coming in with a flat or even when I just call him up with a question. I am a young woman who doesn't know much about cars and I know some places usually take advantage of people like me but I don't feel that way at all. I know Patrick always keeps it real with me. This is the by far the best service I have ever received on anything and for that I'm truly appreciative. Thank you Patrick and thank you Mercedes Benz of Manhattan for always making my experience stress free and easy going. :)
