The WORST!! They need to be turned in. I am outraged on the level of care they provide. The way they treat seniors. Things get stolen, their food makes people sick and they hang up on you for trying to get help for someone staying their for 2 YEARS! NO ONE does their job. This place is sickening

It's a pretty good place. It's clean, good food is served 3 times a day. There is laundry, showers and you can watch movies or television shows. The staff is nice. You must follow the rules. I give it 4 stars.

They gave my bed away to a white guy, called Daniel whose nickname is really "Daniel the Devil", they put me upstairs with a dislocated knee, then they threw me out on the freezing cold streets for two whole nights claiming they spoke to me about their rules..They would not listen to me about my medical issues, I was having, they were unsympathetic about all the issues I was going through.....

As a resident of Bellevue for over 30 years and a CFH volunteer for over 3, this year's shelter is a disgrace to our city. No running water to wash hands. No ovens to keep food warm. Thank goodness for the awesome people who work there at CFH as well as will volunteers. Shame on you Bellevue

If you've been though what I have out in the cold crazy weather then you tend to appreciate places like these,,,for a long time I was stubborn and hardheaded no one knew better the Jose,,,so if family comes to you trying to talk you into checking into a shelter,,take time to listen,,it willkeep youalittle younger and healthier, ,promise,,I've aged 20 years in the last 5 years ,,its not easy and believe me only the strong survive, ,,it just waked me a bit,,peace
