  They have all sorts of stuff for the home, even some groceries! Need oil and a filter for your car? They have that and at very good prices too. Gotta love Menards.

  To find a specific item I asked Google to get me the part number. then I showed the item to a Menards employee. he was able to look it up on his computer to find the Shelf location.

  Online pickup is all the way at the back of the store. There's a sign on the front door that tells you that but doesn't tell you that you can drive around and pick up back there. The purpose of purchasing online is for convenience and to save time versus having to look all over the store for an item and I could have purchased it three times before I got to the back of the store. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind and helpful but I had picked up an item on the way back which I was told I couldn't pay back there & asked the lady to please have someone put it back and she threw it across the counter as though I were disturbing her. If anyone should have been angry, it should have been me. I have hobbled all through your store with a knee injury, found a copper knee brace on the way back and saw it as a sign. I was hopeful it would be something I could use but wasn't about to go all the way back to the front to stand in line to pay for it. Working customer service actually requires you to know what that is, someone should teach her. Also it might should be advised that you can drive around to the back for pickup in the same place it says it's in the back of the store.

  Fyi. This was my first visit. Had my contractor send me quote for supplies. I asked employee at front desk where to go to pay and schedule delivery. However, the store is beyond huge. I got lost. Another employee guided me to service desk in building materials. We scheduled my delivery with detailed instructions for drop off. They were very attentive. I was then sent to check out to pay? For someone on time constitutes allow sufficient time frame. Maybe 20 minutes more than you are mentally planning in order to locate what you need. The check out line moved quickly.

  I love Menards! They have great sales, great customer service, and they're always stocked. Keep up the great work.
