  Unfortunately I can't give them zero stars. After numerous conversations over and over again the have still failed to fix the problem. Their grounds keepers are as worthless as can be. Been battling over several years to have grass seed put down always one excuse after another. It's not just my child now it's at least 10 in her area that has no grass no seed no anything. There are stones sunk into the ground and there is nothing but dirt around.

  Failed to remove the morphine pump placed in her abdomen. This caused her to beep every minute or so. They wanted to change extra to remove the device. I felt like y'all ask all these questions but now I have to pay extra to have the job done properly. I ordered a beautiful headstone. After 3 months of waiting and I wss told several times...next week...sorry it will be another week, I final talked to a manager....the headstone had never been ordered. What a mess.

  My husband and I would not have been able to make it through any of the services for our child, but through the compassion, love, support, understanding, and guidance of the people at Laurel Land we were able to grieve and be there and feel comfortable, loved and supported by the truly wonderful people Jim Jana and Terri thank you all so very much. Bottom of my heart I truly truly I'm so blessed that you all were there for us during this time.

  We had an amazing experience- from the beginning to the end. Every detail was checked and rechecked. The staff was kind and caring our director was the best!! We loved the updates to the funeral home and enjoyed the catered reception following the service. The cemetery is always well maintained and the cemetery personnel are fantastic. Thank you Laurel Land for helping my family through a very difficult time!!
