  Worst hospital to be at as a in patient .. Surgeon just messed up my mother n know she has a open wound full of poop that can't be control n now they lead us to a dead end still point n asking for us to pull plugs or hospice bcuz of no quality a life after that.. so heartbreaking came here asking for help n got the worst unexpected care i guess this not something new to them they take advantage of the elderly people just like backdoor HOSPITAL KINDRED they work together BE AWARE THEY JUST WORRIED ABOUT THE BUSINESS THE MONEY UNTIL U RAN OIT OF BENEFITS PUSH OUT HEARTLESS CARELESS PEOPLE THERED A GOD THATS SEES EVERYTHING

  First of all I would like to say that this review is not reflective of the ER. I received excellent, fast, friendly service in the ER both times I had to go in which made me feel comfortable in the level of care when I was admitted to this hospital. I expected the same level of care in the hospital, boy was I wrong. While there are some wonderful practitioners on the hospital staff , there is a a systematic failure of care and communication from the top down. As a Type 1 diabetic I have had many experiences with hospitals and this one has the worst patient care I have ever seen. My nurses were rarely on time with medication, pain management was not a high priority, very few rounds were done, doctors orders were not transmitted or charted, surgeons orders were not acknowledged or followed and I wound up just taking my own meds from home rather than wait for the staff to get it together, they didn't even notice until I had already been there for 4 days, even after constant communication to them that I was taking my own insulin. I do believe the staff has the best intentions and I strongly believe that the poor care I received is a result of cost-saving systems initiated by upper management and poor training that make the care providers jobs nearly impossible to do properly. The culture of this hospital is deplorable I could tell in my time here that every staff member was under a great deal of pressure and not happy to be at their job.

  Vindu from the 4thfloor southtower was my nurse she made me feel at home . and took care of my baby and i. She was never late and always gave me my pain medication on time .she reminded me of my grandmother.

  I'm currently here as a patient & I must say the entire staff has been incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive! I feel completely safe in their hands, and would definitely recommend this place! Best hospital staff I've seen in awhile! The RN Tiffany was the sweetest & was very compassionate & helpful!

  This review is for the Medical Imaging in the South Tower where I needed a chest x-ray. Pros - Free Parking in front of South Tower entrance. - Friendly Staff. - Walk-ins with no appointment scheduling. - Quick Registration. - Got in and out quickly after arriving at 3pm. Cons - You need to bring your Physician's Order with you. I had mine faxed in which was fine but they had to take time to search for it.
