  Super easy to get to and use the parking panda. Also had an early bird special of "in before 7:30am, out after 4pm" $6 all day fare not shown on the parking panda.

  Great place to park on the weekend. It's only cost $ 5.00 on the weekend to park. The garage has plenty of light. I felt totally safe being a alone there at night. The place was also very clean and elevators didn't smell of urine. On the way out I was having problems putting the card in the machine a few minutes later a attendant just drove up and and said I needed to backup a bit. I did as I was told and thanked the attendant and drove off quickly.

  If you drive an EV or hybrid then avoid this place like the plague. You will not save any money by parking here because there is extremely strict and expensive enforcement of the 4 hour charging policy at the charging stations which are also usually occupied. What this will mean to you is that you will have to park your car on the charger in the morning and set an alarm for 3.5 hours later. If you have a meeting, or something urgent comes up at work (which it eventually will), then you will come back to a $47 ticket. Since the value of 3.5 hours of charging is, at best, equivalent to $3 of gasoline this will erase about 16 business days worth of diligent charging. It's just not worth the hassle.

  Memorial Garage is one of the older garages downtown, and yet it works extremely well. It's cheaper many times to use the garage instead of fighting for street parking. Parking spaces are large and it is rarely full. There are exits on both 14th and 15th street sides, making it easy to exit. It is very close to the Memorial Auditorium, Convention Center, and Music Circus, as well as some nice restaurants. It could be more well lit at night (hence 4 stars), but otherwise is a very nice garage.
