  Better that your average pizza. Service tends to be a bit slow, couple that with the wood oven for cooking the pizza, plan on being here a while. Usually worth it though. If they could provide consistent service this would be a 5 star pizza joint. Several beers on tap will keep you happy while you wait though.

  Tasty as always- really scrumptious pizza with unique topping options. Crust is to die for. Pizza, apps, salads, calzones are all yummy. Every waiter I've had at this location has been wonderful. Parking lot is not big enough and it's not laid out very well. Parking is the most difficult thing here.

  Wow!!! Great food and have NO complaints. I'm a big pizza fan and I could see myself just doing Mellow Mushroom forever. I've had good pizza in N.Y. and great pizza in Chicago...this place won't disappoint.

  My Husband and I ate at a MM in Tennessee (first time ever seeing one). When I found out there was one close to us, I was excited and asked the rest of my family to join us there, as we were going to announce our pregnancy to them during dinner . We ordered some appetizers that took 30 minutes to receive and half of it was cold when we did. We also ordered 4 pizzas that took nearly an hour to come out and when they did, 2 of the 4 weren't made the way we ordered them. When we asked for the manager, he came out in defense mode and it all went down hill from there. Instead of being professional and taking responsibility for having a new cook, he tried to spin it around on us and tried to make us look like the ones in the wrong. What manager does that? Arent you supposed to try and make it right with your customer so that they'll return again? I've worked in the food industry and I've never seen a manager act like the way this one did. He would run back to his kitchen guys to tell them what we had said but told us they heard us from our table when we said it and they were offended. There's no way, it's too loud in there. At the end, the manager told us it was time for us to leave. So much for a happy night of exciting news for the family. The only good part about our visit was our server. I like MM, but this locations management and timeliness of food delivery were awful and we won't be going back nor recommending it to anyone.

  Very impressive beverage (beer) and food menu. Much more than just pizza, the Swiss mushroom burger I had was incredibly tasty as we're the wedges. Great atmosphere and service. Wonderful experience.
