  My family has been living in The Mansions apartments across the street from Barcelona waiting for the neighborhood to be built so we can purchase a house. This weekend after lying concrete it appears a megatel crew drove off spraying concrete on at least 15 vehicles on our street. My truck being parked directly across from the plot got it the worst and is absolutely ruined. My wife's car parked one spot behind is ruined as well. I have called and spoken with this company 4 times and been promised a call back by a manager which I have yet to receive. Finally I sent an email threatening s lawsuit which was responded to by a company employee telling me that they have not laid concrete in a month. This is a complete lie since I have photo evidence of other vehicles next to the plot having concrete splatter on them from this weekend. Laying 4 feet from these vehicles, there are bags to this day, of concrete sand and mixer. Although they haven't been their for over a month. (Wow; great workmanship.) Not to mention these bags are also laying just 4 feet or so from Megatel Homes signs, on a Megatel Homes property. I sent these photos to an area manager at Megatel, and he proceeded to completely deny that these bags belcnged to them or that they had laid concrete at all recently. I politely requested, that if they had not poured the concrete, to have a manager meet me out at the property and confirm that they did not pour it. At this point Mr. Jeff Braswell (area manager) stopped responding. This is completely disgusting business practice. I am a Vice President and founder of a highly successful contracting company. I would never refuse to even look into the claims of a civilian that our crews had damaged their property. That is my complaint. Unprofessional, destructive, and dishonest business practices.

  The one-star review is really for the realtor it was showing the property really didn't seem like she wanted to give me and my mother the time and day
