  I brought my clothes to be cleaned to the drop off section. I picked them up and my favorite pair of Vera Wang pants were not in there. I called and spoke to the manager and was told that that employee was fired. Apparently, this must have happened before as one of the other co-workers did tell me. So, I told the manager that $45.00 which I thought was very reasonable considering they were worth more and fit me perfect and cant find them anywhere. I was told she would give me $25 due to depreciation value???. In any case, this should not be my problem if employees are stealing, it should be their's. They need to make me feel whole and satisfied as a customer. I was disappointed and upset and know that I will never trust this place with definately NEVER bring my clothes again !!!!

  1, their drop off service is WONDERFUL. I refuse to go to any other laundry service . all the women here are also wonderful at their jobs And 2, its a convenient and accessible location.

  After my longtime “Go To” laundromat was shut down “By Order of the Fire Marshal”, I was devastated at the prospect of having to go elsewhere. I must say, I was a little more than skeptical after reading some of the “scarier” reviews about Mega Wash but I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. As with any laundromat, timing is everything but the facility is always clean and most importantly, EVERY piece of equipment actually WORKS!!! I am here every week and I have yet to come across an “Out of Order” sign on any of the washers or dryers... anyone who patronizes laundromats can appreciate that! Add the attendant Diane to the mix; who is professional, diligent and impeccably mannered and I’d say that this is definitely my new “Go To”!!!

  Very large laundromat is pretty clean and we've washed or clothes there ourselves and it worked nicely, but I won't recommend their drop off service. My wife has a lot of clothes and an allergy to scented detergents. We drop off our clothes along with a brand new 1.75 gallon ALL scent-free detergent. Just ask to wash with the detergent and dry with notes on EVERY bag "scent free." Seemed simple. Picked it up and over half the bottle is gone which seemed excessive. That's more than 70 loads of laundry worth. Brought it home and opened it. It's all heavily fragranced with something. They said they don't use fabric softener and we gave you FRAGRANCE FREE detergent! We are going to have to wash it to get the chemical fragrance out of the clothes.

  I needed to wash my comforter and it was just too big to put it in the home washing machine so I went to this place. I don't normally go to laundromats so I wasn't familiar w/how to use their big machines. Luckily the attendant that was working there saw me reading the instructions by the soap dispenser and she came over and immediately helped me. I mean REALLY helped me. I felt so stupid I didn't know the basics, but she told me the best soap to buy, exactly what size machine was best and would cost me the least and even just GAVE me a $1 coupon. I didn't even ask! She then told me the dryers were always free and showed me how to use them too. Always free?? I was honestly so taken back by how friendly she was when I knew nothing about the place and how much she helped me. I thought she may have been the owner since she cared so much, but she said she just worked there. She really made my trip here MUCH easier and really pleasant. The customer service there was better than I ever would've imagined. I just also read what the other 2 reviews said below and I can't believe this was the same place. Definitely was different workers then and hopefully this girl is still there! I really loved this place. Very clean, helpful and VERY affordable!
