  The front staff don’t know the meaning of privacy. Well at least the lady with the glasses and the braids. I filled out my paperwork stating why I came in but didn’t elaborate fully. Instead of her asking can I write more details, she blurted out what I was coming in for in front of two women. My RN was amazing and so was the Medical Director.

  Don’t be fooled by calling her doctor because she’s not. She’s not a doctor but only a nurse practitioner pretending to be a doctor. Horrible bedside manor, more intent on shaming you for not being there sooner than actually lifting a finger to find the problem. If you want waste your time in physical therapy instead of working with a real doctor that knows the difference between an elbow from a butthole then this is the place for you. The people at the front desk were amazing and very helpful.

  Worse experience ever! Front desk staff is rude, condescending, and apathetic to patients' medical needs. I took my daughter to be seen for a serious sinus infection, and the front staff refused to let us see the Dr. because they needed to see her insurance card (they had all the insurance info in their records, last seen a week ago). we offer to pay out of pocket, still they re-schedule us. Later someone else walks in, has the same insurance card issue and she is seen with no problem. Odd, right! I really thought we were all supposed to receive equal medical attention. Much needed training for their front staff. :(

  Paid $90 for 5 mins of a doctor’s time and then got another bill for $240 a month and a half later. Solution to my problem - a small handful of pills (that I had to buy somewhere else). They offered no follow up. This place is definitely set up to maximize their earnings.

  You won't find a better clinic anywhere. These amazing folks make a doctor's visit fast, informative and their sense of humor makes it painless. Dr. Eric Bernon who has now seen me on 2 separate occasions, 1 year apart, is beyond fantastic; I may switch to him as my primary physician. Big shout out to Diana, Erica and Katie who were amazing with the pre and post visit preparation, care and education. I'm lucky to be living a couple of blocks away but would still come here if I was miles away. I would give these folks 10 stars if I could.
