  I've gone several times and all was fine. But, the last few times I've gone to the fed hill urgent care, there is little to no care. Last time they had a Dr. Avaliable but pushed telahealth on to me, which didn't work so the Dr. Came RIGHT IN. It was clear the Dr wanted nothing much to do with me and quickly told me there was nothing she could do and I had to go to the er. Seemed like they just didn't want to deal with people that day. The last few visits tells me this is no longer a place I trust to go.

  Went in with a lacerated finger that needed stitches. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to my comfort. I got seen relatively quickly, given the number of other patients waiting. I'd definitely recommend it as an urgent care facility.

  This is far the best URGENT Care that I been to. They offer appointment online. I did go in last 17 August 2022. It was a quick visit after I signed in and completed the paperwork, they called me back immediately. I waited maybe 5 min. The front desk receptionist was friendly and professional. The intake nurse was amazing. The Physician Assistant who treated me was very knowledgeable and explained to me all of my options and treatments. Being under their care did not make fee like I was another sick person. They actually cared for your well being and your comfort level well your there. They treat you like family. It is clean and very welcoming. I will be going there for all of my medical needs. Thank you MedStar for caring and proving the best treatments. I will be recommending you to everyone.

  I'm surprised this place has such a low score. I've been going here for 3 years and have had excellent service throughout. Dr. Pierre is awesome, he's understanding and personable. Dr. Streat was also great when Dr. Pierre was out. You can tell that they really care and are passionate about their job. I highly recommend this location.

  I have since switched OBs, but I was going here for my prenatal care. If you want a relationship with your doctor do not go here. You don’t even start seeing the doctor who will deliver your baby until almost 30 weeks along. While I was in the office I was highly discouraged as the assistant to Kera Young sat her dirty clipboard all over instruments that are inserted into women. Thankfully none of them were used on me, but I pray for the next person they were used on. When I went to put a urine sample in the collection door there was someone else’s sample (gross, I don’t want my hands near someone else urine cup) that the “assistant” refused to remove and told me to just set it beside the other. My initial appointment here was a complete 180 from my appointment I had with my first child (different facility and state). At the first appointment with my first child we did do an in depth questionnaire, but it was followed up by my doctor allowing us to hear the heartbeat and even rolled in a portable ultrasound machine to try to determine due date. None of that was offered here and I left my appointment so frustrated and disappointed I immediately started researching other providers. I found one that will be with for the WHOLE duration of my pregnancy which I was told by medstar staff would be impossible. All of this was even after I switched from one medstar provider to another because I wanted to speed up my pregnancy confirmation due to medications I was taking and multiple positive/negative tests. I was still unsure and the NP denied this request without reason so I had to send a message through patient portal explaining why I requested this. No apology was made and I will never ever ever recommend this joke of a facility to anyone who wants a personal connection with their doctor through their pregnancy. I want to know and trust my doctor and I don’t trust any of the so called doctors I had seen for my prenatal care.
