  I feel like the weekend teacher is great, Ms Jackson has prepared us well for boards with skill and classwork and was a great support to us learning. Morning class teach is good. Evening class teach is a pain and teaches you NOTHING. (Do not take evening class with current instructor) On the other hand being in the weekend class has its disadvantages if you are working and can’t come in during the week because the other staff is never there on Tues night or Saturday. Which lead to many problems when we had questions, needed scores, make payment etc. Also hard to get a hold of them via phone or email. Did not set clear expectations and always contradicting info. Last day of class I still was no idea what paperwork I needed. Everything is still TBA...

  ive been trouble trying to get in contact with medstar and have not yet been succesful, through phone or email, is this place still running or open?

  I came here wanting to get my CNA certification. I was in for a big surprise and wasted my money. They over load you with the work. Way too much reading in a short amount of time and they expect you to memorize everything. Following that, they tell you that the quizzes and final are not apart of your overall grade but if you fail the final you fail the class even if you have a good average before the final. This place is a joke!

  I am very appreciative of the training I received at Medstar Academy and would highly recommend this program if you are considering furthering your career in the medical field. My instructor was amazing and I greatly appreciate her! Steve and the staff were very helpful and supportive! I passed my state exam and skills test the first time. I know that's because of the excellent training I received and because I did my part and studied a lot!

  The company worked hard to ensure that I got through the program. They squeezed me into clinicals when my schedule did not work around it. The program is very simple if you actually study and actually do the BOOK QUESTIONS. I enjoyed this and was recommended by my mom, who has recommended four other people including me who are going to try the course. The course could be hard for someone who does not pay attention or do the work. It can be so simple if you just actually do you work. It is pretty pricey but if you do good the first time around, the price won't seem to get more expensive. I recommend it, they're very friendly and appreciated all the help they gave me throughout the entire course. Clinicals was also a very fun learning experience.
