  I went there today and felt like I was in the right place the whole time. Karolyn Ryan did a fantastic job helping me out and showed a lot of sympathy towards my sickness. I’m still sick but at least I had a peace of mind knowing I was in the right place. Will definitely come back! (Hopefully not soon). But you know what I mean.

  I am from out of town for a conference, and unfortunately have a sinus infection. Not wanting to wait longer to take care of it, I booked an appointment online. The check-in staff was very friendly, including helping me locate a pharmacy, as I am unfamiliar with the area. The clinic was clean, and the nurse and doctor were both professional and attentive. The doctor even had a dry wit, which is appreciated. All information was explained, and she was able to get the prescription I needed. As for the wait times, check-in to office was quicker than I typically experience in an urgent clinic. The wait-time in the office was par for what I have experienced at other clinics. If I could give a 4.5, I would, as with a standard overall wait-time a 5 probably wouldn't fit.

  Terrible!! The front desk person was so mean. He was yelling at me and I was already sick with fever and bronchitis. I had been there three times before that but this time was by far the worst. The guy at the front desk should be fired. I left and will never go back.

  The check in process was smooth. I enjoyed the beverage and snack options provided. The medical staff were attentive and thorough.
