  Awful incompetence. Never answer their telephone. I telephoned as they opened at 9:00-9:05am and was on hold for indicating I was number one in que. A few minutes later I was number 15! and waited another full 24 minutes to speak with a human. I was following up on OTC items which were faxed and received three weeks earlier! I telephoned four times and spoke to a human twice over my regular monthly OTC allotment. No senior citizen should have to endure this. Actually no one should have to endure this. My previous insurance was outstanding.

  Impossible to get through on the phone. They promise OTC in two weeks ; it takes almost a month to get the m. If you don't call to request, you wont get them at all. Always a new excuse. SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE OIL!! method is the only thing that works.
