  I sent my car to this places to fix since many years ago. Recently, I went there again and noticed that the management team is a new and young group. They are very professional and honest. So far, I had twice oil change service, headlight re-polish, and transmission issue diagnosis there. They did a great job! My car's coolant reservoir was replaced 2 weeks ago by other place. The hose disconnected from the reservoir today, all coolant gone, and warning says "temperature high" . I went MED CENTER CITGO and they use their knowledge and skill to fix it quickly and perfectly. From our conversation, I know that they started doing car repairing work since they were teenagers. Everyone there loves to serve customers. They love to make diagnosis, solve the problems, make the cars run smoothly again. I trust them. Go, new management team!!! I believe you guys will provide the best service to all customers.

  I work in the medical center area night shift. it was cold night and I ran out of gas. I went to citgo to pumb gas. Night shift manager Mr. Jamil, noticed me at the pump and came out and helped me pump the gas. he did not let me out of my car because of the bad weather. thank you Mr. Jamil, Citgo(Casheir Manager).

  Very knowledgable citgo manager, AARON STARKS. Very well mannered and helpful. He checked engine fluids and He checked air pressure on 4 tires in less than 5 minutes.

  I have been a loyal customer since 1998. Same owner, great family, very successful. They own many businesses at Almeda. Great guys. If you are not satisfied with the service, you get your money back. You see everything with your own eyes. you see your vehicle in the garage, you see the oil, you see the oil filter, you can watch the technicians and talk to them. Unfortuanately, some negative reviews about this business are not from customers. They are made up from 3 janitors and two cashiers that they were fired for not keeping the store and the bathroom clean. I feel sorry for them, they don't have a vehicle and they live together in one bedroom. 5 negative reviews are about an individual ....mustache guy is acustomer, a guy with a hat is a customer, a guy with a glasses is a customer.... those 5 negative reviews from the janitors and their friends who do not have even a one car. Sadly enough, After a year, they still without a job. All they do is writr negative reviews about successful individuals.
