  On behalf of Peoples Mortgage Company, I would like to say thank you to MEB Management for donating to our 4th Annual Derby Day the Peoples Way Charity Fundraiser. Being in the Business Development department, I constantly strive to expand my networking relationships among the community. While walking downtown one day, I stopped by the MEB office and introduced myself to their wonderful staff and dropped off information about our charity event. MEB immediately made a donation that will be going to a wonderful non-profit organization, The Tucson Musicians Museum. Great business is based on impactful and positive relationships. I highly recommend MEB Management Services!

  We wish we could give zero stars! Stay away from MEB. We hired them to help us rent our home about 2 years ago. Our savings account number was entered incorrectly by Megan so when it came time for us to receive our money by direct deposit from our tenants the money wasn’t in our account. It went into a total strangers account. We received not one apology from Megan about this grossly negligent mistake. They never answer their phones, and they take forever to respond to your email. Megan also canceled our utilities without telling us after the tenants moved out. Now we get to pay our utility companies reconnection fees instead of transfer fees, which is more money. Please stay away from MEB. You can do a better job renting out your home on your own!! We will never go back to MEB. They can’t even do the bare minimum!!!!

  Silverbell Springs Luxury Apartments is a very good place to live. My experience here has been pleasurable and the area is very quiet. The front office staff is very attentive to your concerns or needs and I have always been greeted with a smile which is refreshing. Maria and Katrina are absolutely wonderful and are an outstanding example of what customer service should be everywhere.

  My husband and I live at Silverbell Springs Luxury Apartments and we are really happy here. Maria and all the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The grounds are impeccable and this place is so quiet and peaceful! We had a neighbor that was out of town for weeks and had loads of packages delivered, and they stayed safely at the door. It really showed us how safe the complex is. The gym is clean and well equipped. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I am a resident of the Siverbell Springs Apartments managed by MEB Management Services. I re-located from out of state. I can not express how helpful the on site office staff, Maria and Katrina, were in making such a stressful event so much easier. I literally accepted the apartment sight unseen. The apartment is awesome. Fully remodeled and with a mountain view. Fellow residents are quick to greet you with a cheery hello. The grounds are well kept and maintained at all times. Maintenance staff are quick to address any needs and always wave as they scoot about the property on their golf carts. The pool, gym and common area are modern and always clean. It is a pleasure and honor to be a member of this apartment community. If you are looking for an apartment, please do stop in and see the friendly leasing professionals Maria and Katrina as they will always greet you with a genuine smile and kind words.
