  I came in search of a Wrangler. Steve Kaplan (no we aren’t related) was the salesman helping me with finding the perfect vehicle. His customer service was absolutely amazing. He answered any and every question I could have. Let me take multiple cars for a test drive. I didn’t walk out with a wrangler as some things popped up in life. He followed up with a. Few emails and texts and I let him know my situation. He said there’s no pressure to buy and when the time is right he’ll be there. Steve, you are seriously the best! When the time is right I won’t be looking anywhere else but here. And you can bet I’ll be going to Steve for it.

  After having my previous vehicle totaled during a recent storm, I was not looking forward to going through the whole car buying process. Initially, I planned to return to the place I had leased my previous vehicle from. However, after looking at their limited inventory online I decided to look elsewhere as well - and I'm glad I did. Meadowland of Carmel was exactly the car buying experience I needed. The salesperson I worked with - Mark Fracker - as well as the other staff I worked with, were all kind, professional, and handled everything in a timely manner. They had quite a selection of vehicles to choose from. I was able to compare and test drive a couple different vehicles that I was interested in, as well as discuss pricing options without much wait time. For anyone looking for a hassle free, pleasant car shopping experience, I would highly recommend Meadowland of Carmel. And don't forget to ask for Mark!

  Recently leased a 2018 Jeep Compass at Meadowlands of Carmel. Our sales professional was Matt Miller (aka Magic Matt). We went directly to Matt who came highly recommended by our son who purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Matt last year. We now understand why my son gave Matt such a high recommendation. The entire process ran smoothly with no problems whatsoever. Matt was very professional and was able to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend the dealership and Matt Miller!

  Punctured the sidewall on my 2018 Terrain and had the tire and rim protection plan and had the tire replaced with no difficulty. I also noticed a slight bulge in the rear tire as well and will have that looked into as well. While in the shop the service tech noticed some addition issues that need to be addressed in short order. As this is was my first service call, I found the staff to be very professional and straight forward. As I have a 3 year lease on the Terrain, I hope the quality of service continues. By the way, I think the re-design of the 2018 is by far so much improved over the older Terrains which i though were terribly designed.

  From first stepping into Meadowland the experience was first rate .Tom Healy knows his craft and made me feel comfortable and showed me several terrific cars but the Buick I selected is all I could hope for and more. The financial department lead by Sharon got me a great "deal" which fits perfectly into my life style. It's taking me a little while to get use to all the "bells and whistles", but that too is great.
