::Squad and I stopped by on a weekday afternoon for a beer and pool after class. Bartender had a total attitude. One of us asked her if the place could make change because the pool table only took quarters. Another asked about their prices for other drinks. Both times she was looking as if we had puked in front of her or something. We were literally the only patrons there, just a group of 7 or so friends.

::Pretty nice bar with good beer prices and not too much of a crowd. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a few beers with friends in East village then McSwiggan's is the place for you!

::WARNING!!! DO NOT go into this bar!!! Staff are angry and mean. Patrons are neighborhood losers. Much better bars around with a positive atmosphere.

::This place is the opitomy of a dive bar but I'm a big fan. They have a pool table, punching bag game, dart board all in a back room so there's plenty of options of things to do. Drinks were good, beers were cold, went there with 10 friends and we all had a good time. Considering the area it was reasonably priced. Nothing super special about it but I'm a fan.
