  AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place should be closed permanently. How dare they treat and speak to customers WITH SUCH DISRESPECT! I will NEVER be returning to this absolutely abhorrent supply house. They should be ashamed. And I know and like the rheem product. But this is absolutely unacceptable.

  The 3 guys at the counter and the dude in the corner office are the four rudest people you'll ever meet. Unhappy miserable employees blasting heavy rock all day. Zero manners or education. They might have what you're looking for but you'll be treated like crap.
