  We had lost 3 family members to a car accident .My daughter was the only surviver . Last thing I wanted to do is deal with insurance adjusters .McIntyre Law exceeded expectations and most importantly showed sympathy and great understanding and took care of everything . Also please put down your phones or anything that could distract you while driving or this could be your story .

  Mine is a lengthy journey. I was in a car wreck and rear ended by a lady texting and this was in broad daylight in January of 2015. I sustained many injuries including a complete tear on my rotator cuff. After a year and a half dealing with my own insurance company on the underinsured policy, they only offered me the minimum amount that they would recuperate from the driver’s policy. They sent me to their doctor who claimed that my complete tear was caused by swimming. That meant that the accident, not counting the injuries, put me 15K in the hole. I refused that offer and they gave me a different adjuster after my agent called them. After having two surgeries on my shoulder and 2 1/2 years later the adjuster said that they were going to settle and it was obvious that the tear was caused by the accident. Then in Nov, 2017 the adjuster called and said they needed an opinion again from the same Doctor. I knew what that outcome was going to be. I googled “best attorneys” in OKC for car accidents and Noble was 1st. I made an appointment with him and he was amazing. Again, my insurance tried to block a settlement, and again that Doctor who saw me a total of 15 minutes claimed my tear was pre-existing. Noble wrote them a letter that I truly thought about framing and came up with a settlement that far exceeded what had even wanted. To sum it up, this was surely a God Thing.   They have been there for me and my husband, for over a year.They went over 100%,.Was there through the toughest time of my life and family.The whole office was there.when I and my husband been through some My,.roughs pain do my body injuries. Then in 5 month,still healing.I lost one my brother's to cancer stage 4lung cancer. I didn't think I could do anything eles.to help with my case..My a attorney, Monica Kuykendall Schweighart.Went away and beyond and did the work for me and My husband and the rest of my family. I know if we ever need help in crimes case,or anything, it will be with this office staff members are very friendly and helpful.If I couldn't talk with my attorney, I would leave a messages and it was gave.to her and she would call me, back.Before she would ,leave for the day she would call me to see how I was doing .Before she left and if she didn't have the answers. I would have it the nest morning.She went and set with us while Cleveland county court filed chargers. In June 8,2016tell lunch time it over. And this past Dec.14,2017The last part of .on RONNI KATI-JEAN LOVE changes 2years prisoner.8 year probation. But if Ronni Love mess up while her 8yrs.probation,she will.Have do the whole 10years for her trying kill me.The police had find her Ronni Love ,drive her late grandma past away .Before she ran over me ,with grandma's ashes still the car,in her grandma car.That show ,how uncaring this lady was. But Monica,try to help to remember what happened to me, and till this day I still not remember,.But she never ever push me to remember. So she had a hard case to work with very little to by, me.But got some stuff to with,and didn't stop .plus at the RONNI KATI-JEAN LOVE pleaded guilty. Saving all of us.. But back to .   My wife and I were in a car accident in August of 2016 with our two very young daughters.. A cop car ran a red light and t-boned us causing him to smash the side my wife & oldest daughter were on. We were very happy with the speed and quality McIntyre law provided, their work is amazing. Monica was the best as long with the rest of the staff at mclntyre law. Thank you McIntyre law from everyone in our family! And thank you so much Monica for giving us our normal life back!!!
