  Terribly run location. This location has the new automated ordering kiosks, so I chose to use one. I followed the instructions, grabbed my number and drink cup, and went to sit down to wait for my order... And wait... And wait. I would never have gotten my order unless another customer came to my table and asked if I had ordered chicken nuggets. Apparently, they had placed my order on the front counter, and then left it there. Where it sat for 10 minutes. My food was cold, and when I complained, the girl behind the counter said they were "short staffed", and that the other customers were managing to get their orders. Not sure what short staffed means - I saw at least 6 people behind the counter (not counting drive-thru or kitchen) When I asked for a manager, a very young man (I have to assume shift manager) came out, and I was told that they really just don't bother with the kiosks - I was then given an insincere "I'm sorry", followed by sob story about how he's been up since 3 am, and they have so many trainees, and it's just too hard... There's another location a little over a mile away (at Kyrene and Chandler) - I think I'll be going there from now on

  Messed up my order first time: poorly communicated, wrong drink/food and lack of. However I called after got home and all was replaced next day I was able to go for wasn't gonna make two trips same day due to distance. Double check your orders always....

  The supervisor a Latina woman with a bun is rude as hell. She hasn't smiled in the 30 min we have been eating. And dont ask for jam she will give you attitude. Also many have been walking in and getting free soda because they left the cups out and no one is paying attention because they are all to busy talking. Horrible service won't be coming here anymore. ALSO WE ordered with machine and took number and sat down and no one brought us our food so its point less.

  Best people ever!! These employees are the greatest employees I've ever met at any McDonald's. I only go to this one. Whoever runs this McDonald's should teach other companies how employees should treat their patrons. Always got a smile and a positive attitude! Fantastic!

  I have a been a real McDonald's customer but convenience does speak on occasion. This location has been remodeled and quite frankly is appealing on the inside with a very nice ambiance. You have an option to self order and pay at a kiosk or speak with a counter clerk. It's very obvious McDonald's is attempting to change its old reputation by improving its ingredients and toning down the fast food component.
