::I go to McDonald's downtown Pittsburgh at the end of every work day. These Cashier's treat us all well. My coffee is given to me quickly& I never get sloppy service even as busy as it always is. I chose the Wood Street Station McDonald's over ALL the other fast food down there because they treat us best !

::The food is consistent. It didn't appear to be freshly made. Right now there is only one other customer in the restaurant. I am struck by how dirty the place is...ketchup and dirty fingerprints all over the beverage area. Tables are dirty. Food is on the floor. Smears of something...hopefully only ketchup...on the drink station cabinets. Its a newer restaurant and today its in disgusting condition
