  McDonald is changing the way you order your food. You can now order on a kiosk and edit your burgers yourself. If you use the App to get a deal don't make a mistake and start over or u will lose the deal code though. I hit the back button and restarted my order and it said I used the code already. Be careful

  Quality control. First classic chicken was stale. Yuck. Second one made hot and fresh. Then the put the tiniest amount of sauce and two sickly looking pickles. Just make food as if you were going to eat it. Simple pimple. Nice of Mgt to offer a drink while waiting 10 mins. Had one in car though. Next time throw a couple cookies in the bag or a coupon or something.

  Stopped in for a quick bite and witnessed true customer service, kindness, and patience. The young man behind the counter (Louis) took the time (a lot of time) to help an older less tech savvy Lady install the McDonald's app on her phone. Showed her how to use it and get discount coupons. The other employees stepped up and helped cover the counter so there was no delay to the customers in line. Solid work.

  After placing our order with the app a gentleman came out to let us know that this restaurant didn't sell the item that my wife ordered on the app. Why is it on the app if the restaurant doesn't actually have it available? O well the gentleman was nice but the manager wouldn't even comp us an apple pie for the inconvenience of my wife not getting what she wanted.

  The line was only to the speaker during lunch rush so they did a pretty good job at keeping the line moving. My order was taken within seconds of pulling up at the gas station .My food was handed to me less than two minutes after reaching window 2. The aroma flowing from the drice through window was actually enticing. The only thing that was missing was a 😃 and that Sun Shinning, ready to serve their customers attitude.
