  The customer service is beyond reproach. There are rarely “thank you” any form of courtesy. There is a 90% chance your order will be made incorrectly. There are rude! The franchisee needs to clean house and hire some Chick Fila like employees.

  Have never been treated so poorly in my life. It’s embarrassing how hostile & unprofessional the staff is, not just towards guest but towards each other. Disgrace. Despicable all of the above. I almost left while waiting for my food even though I paid, was worried something may be done to my food. That’s how uncomfortable they made me.

  Chicken was hard, disgusting and dry. Smelled disgusting inside and nothing was clean, including the restrooms. Smoothie was also disgusting, tasted like soap or something. She even took it from me and made another without washing hands. This place is horrible!

  Just like a person throwing a dart at a dart board and hitting the center, I was hungry, McDonald's was near, freshly made burger and fries awaited, and this was located in a nice area *(Southwest shopping center/FederalHill) and I went with my lady on a nice day, so I'll simply say that just like a champion dart thrower, this McDonald's HIT THE SPOT!!!   This is the best McDonald's I have ever been !!! I asked about the menu and the person quickly and professional explained not only the sandwich but the upgrade. I about passed out in the car. Then the person who took my payment was just as polite. Finally, my sandwich was as ordered and hot! If all McDonald's had service like this I would visit much more.
