  This McDonald's does not fail getting your order wrong. Every time I go, my order is ALWAYS WRONG. You correct them and then get mad at you when you're telling them your order is wrong. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and got everything on it. I asked for a large Frappuccino and got a small. Hand them the receipt to not argue, and they proceed to yank it off your hand aggressively. As if I am the one making the orders all wrong.

  We've been to MANY McDonald's in the IE, and this is consistently the best location in terms of service, taste, speed of service. Always so fresh and we don't mind when they ask us to pull forward to wait for fresh fries/items because it's always just a few minutes and they're so friendly and NEVER forget an item like other locations tend to do. ☺️

  Sadly, even management doesn't want to turn their heads around to see why you are at the counter. The drinks tasted like pure water. They didn't give us the sauces we asked for. My son was waiting for them to acknowledge him so he can ask for sauce and they would just keep passing by until I went up there and just started saying out loud if I can get some sauce since my kid has been standing there trying to ask but no one seems to ask if he needs something. Thanks to the customers you have orders, so please get that thru your head.

  My girlfriend mistakenly ordered at the wrong location. A very nice young man made it easy for us and just gave us what we ordered at no additional charge. Great service. Thanks again.

  Do you even care about what the customer asks for? Do you just laugh and do whatever you feel like doing? I asked simply to make my McMuffin well toasted and with mayonnaise. It is barely toasted at all and you put catsup in the bag. Horrible service!!!@
