::The Metro Center McDonald's is a nice place, clean and most of the time they have quick service. But today the ladies at the counter inside were extremely slow. I don't know what the problem was. The only problem I have ever had there was trying to get the women at the counter to honor a receipt coupon (you know, the call and tell about your experience during your visit type of coupon). I had a code from answering questions about my visit to a Jackson, TN McDonald's. Their receipt offers buy one McMuffin and get one free. But Nashville, TN receipts offer something totally different...some sort of Quarter Pounder deal. So the women at the counter didn't want to honor my coupon. I had to call McDonald's corporate customer service. Then a manger from the store called me, and of course they honored the coupon, with apologies. I go to that locate frequently. There are a group of senior citizens, many of them are American War Veterans that meet there week day mornings. Say hello to them and thank them for their service, most of the are 70, 80 and almost 90 years old. A couple of them are friends to my family. One of them was my Father's, good friend when I was a toddler. They have some crazy jokes and some really good stories!

::Generally always good food. Occasionally chicken strips are a bit overcooked. It is a very busy location so tends to be a bit slowish. Fries tend to be a bit bland. Other than those few things it is very consistent and their breakfast has always been great.

::Literally the worst service. I live around the corner and go there frequently. The last 6 consecutive times they've gotten my order wrong. The drive through staff is always on their phones which is probably why they can't ring up the correct order. None of the staff knows about any of the new items being promoted and one of the girls even said, "that ain't my problem." Most incompetence I've witnessed in a long time. And let's not talk about the wait time for food. You could be the only person in line and it takes just as long as if the line was out to the road.

::Recently went here on Friday and ordered breakfast. They no longer serve coke zero which is a disappointment. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato and when we got to the window, a lady offered me a hot one. I politely said I'd ordered an iced drink, she said nothing and gave me a very dirty look as she shut the window and remade my drink. Will definitely think twice before coming back. Besides, Taco Bell is in the same area with a much better breakfast.

::Worst experience ever. I walk in and a lady is storming out and I hear from one of the employees, "she called us a bunch of idiots". I watched two others wait at least 10 minutes to get their food. It may have been because the employees were all taking turns eating mac n cheese, pork chops and bbq. Why the two customers were waiting one of the employees is taking a picture of another employee because it's her birthday and she has a load of money tagged to her apron. I went to use the restroom and it looked like someone pissed all over the walls and throw up on the mirror. I didn't even wash my hands. Worst experience ever!!!
