  May 24@1pm. One guy at the register and he was super slow. Someone else finally came out and opened another register. Took 10 minutes to get our order filled after we placed at. Female manager was making fries and eating Doritos from a nearby bag. The health department would not be happy.

  The lady working the front desk at 9:15am 5/5 was as friendly as a rusty thumb tack. My daughter accidentally dropped her fork and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged trying to get another one. I finally cleaned her fork myself.

  Visited 4/26 at 7 pm. Not busy. One female employee in front of store behind service counter holding unlit cigarette and discussing her break and her 30 minute lunch for a good 5 minutes with and older pink shirt lady scooping fries, another female texting in front of customers. Said something to guy taking orders, he stated they were on break, Really in front of customers right behind guy taking orders? Asked for ketchup, told they were out, asked for bbq sauce, they were out, Asked if there was bulk ketchup, told there was none, Really, what are they using on the burgers? Employees more focused on drive through and discussing breaks and drive through than the 2 customers inside. Took food home so we could use our own ketchup. Did not check fries before leaving. Not fully cooked to nice golden color. Pulled from fries too soon white and nasty. Come on Arvada McDonald's on 80th and Wads, you can do better.

  I only been here once so for now i will give it a 3 star till a few more visits so my fisrt visit was a good fast servic hot food good customer service the restroom just needed a little attention looks really cool at night can see it very easy off the road good for a quick meal and for the kids

  Mobile pay is awful! Waited 15 min in mobile pay spot. Went in and manager said they couldn’t find me? What?!?!i places my order IN their lot and sat in THEIR mobile pay spot ACROSS from two drive thru windows. Are they blind?!?! She handed me my food from Warner and expected that to be ok, warm floppy fries! No customer care and concern at all for her lazy employees and her attitude was just as bad!
