::The Boselli family owns many Denver-area McDonald's, including this one - why are they waiting to address customer concerns about the extreme animal cruelty they are supporting by franchising with McDonald's? They purchase chickens from factory farms with the most unnecessarily cruel conditions. This is so disappointing, and I'll definitely be boycotting McDonald's for their complacency in animal cruelty.

::I simply ordered a come and fries. I waiting for 5 minutes before I said hello. The girl said hang on. So I ordered on the AP thinking that would speed it along. Nope. Terrible. Good thing I don't live in this area bc it's unacceptable.

::Wow, just wow. Don't waste your money. I don't even understand how McDonald's allows franchises like this to slide under the radar. Just bad publicity, bad for business. Serious health code violations going on here. The best part was the nice young man who took my money. Lady handing the food was too preoccupied and careless to provide good customer service. Tried to give me a smashed and filthy cup as if it was pulled out of the garbage. Got home and burger buns were drenched and mushy. Burgers were cold and looked they either washed them to wash off the onions, or boiled them. Or something worse. Honestly, I really don't understand what is so difficult about making a burger without onions!!! I'm paying a good chunk of money to get what I like and in return you punish your customer. Making someone sick because you are too lazy to do a job. You have a job because of customers. No customers because you basically spit in their face, equals no dinero. Just downright immoral and disgusting. Be ashamed people!!

::Their food is basically good, but never seems hot enough to me. Reasonable wait times in the drive-through. I prefer to eat in my car, so I can't say what the dining area is like. Their ice-cream machine is almost always down. I've complained a few times, but it's done no good. I recommend you use the McDonald's app, though. I've gotten a lot of free food with the deals on it.

::Fast food is rarely in my repertoire anymore, but once in a while I have a craving for a Big Mac, which I first savored over 40 years ago when McDonald's open in my small hometown in Massachusetts. When I've sought one out over the past few years, it's always seemed like they are not what they used to be: the sesame seed buns are always dried out to the point they crack apart on the top, the meat seems smaller each time, the sauce isn't plentiful, and the cheese isn't melty. It's as if the burger were a copy of a copy of a copy. The menu at McDonald's is a clutter mess, like a place that has lost its identity. I didn't see the Angus burgers that I had found acceptable on occasion, but I did discover that McDonald's is making a Grand Big Mac. It's a larger version of the current Big Mac, so I had to try it. Although the bun was still somewhat stale and the cheese was cold and thin, as if tossed on as an afterthought, the beef patties were larger and as such seem to retain more meat juiciness, which contributed enough moisture to help compensate for a dried out bun and insufficient "special sauce". Evidently, the Grand Big Mac is a temporary menu item. McDonald's is not depending on me for its existence, so missing my bi-annual visits certainly won't be felt. I'll try to make it back for another Grand Big Mac before they're gone, and I think I'll resort to making my own at home from then on.
