  I go to this location because it is close to my work service is slow and the food isn’t great today my egg white delite was old and the cheese was dried out also other times going ther old coffee and often they get orders wrong. never again will I go to this location if I could give negative i would

  Asked for a sandwich and it had fingerprints of ketchup on the wrapper a nbn d it looked like it was tossed on the tray and it was coming unwrapped. They put my fries on the tray way before they had my sandwich ready they were cold and had to ask for fresh ones.

  Took grandson prior to going to the cinema. Had a big mac meal. The burger was luke warm. Due to time, like a fool, I ate it. At 0230 the following morning I was violently sick. Nothing else could have caused it. Needless to say I will never set foot in McDonalds, Swadlincote, again.

  Receipt number 1347 date January 20, 2018 time 8:26 AM order number 42 ks#13 side1 in does not have any name. 2 for $4.00 Two sausage egg McMuffin’s One big breakfast with hotcakes One large sweet iced tea One large coffee Here’s the reason I gave one star this was like my fifth time coming in through the drive-through. the girl that took the order super nice and great attitude. the girls that gave me the order looked confused and lie to me after I asked her if my syrup was in the bag and did not gave me a straw nor put one in the bag for my drink. which is one of the things that I hate the most. So this time I decided to give a call to the manager and told her what happened and I Aster what can you do for me? Her answer was OK I will talk to her and I’ll make sure they do their job would you like to come and pick up your syrup in your straw? And this happened like two times that I asked her what can you do for me? Her answer was The same. Obviously the person in charge has no manager experience. A simple gesture of saying would you like an apple pie?, would’ve been nice enough. one simple Apple pie could’ve made the difference but she didn’t offer absolutely anything didn’t even say sorry... But would you like to come back for your syrup and straw?.. not good. So obvious that if the employees are not doing their job correctly that means management did not teach them well. Am I going to come back to this place after five times I’ve not said anything? And when I did this is what happens obviously not. So to this McDonald’s I say good luck.

  Came here with my kids for lunch. A little busy but nothing I could do about it. The establishment is beautiful, clean and pretty well maintained to be next to attached to a gas station. The reason I gave it 3 stars was due to the amount of times they messed up on my kids food and the 10 minute wait to get my kids food. By then my food with my kids food was cold. Another thing was the customer service. Not a smile from the cashiers (2 of them). Food was good, just not hot anymore.
