  Incredibly, unacceptably slow. Always a huge drive through line. Workers are working hard but they are understaffed. Cheap owners should learn to run a business.

  Just another McDonald’s. They took longer than necessary for my take out order. The location looks renovated, which is a good sign. This is not pertinent to how things are inside. The drive-through crew were very kind and greeted us with a smile.

  Nearly every order is wrong either via drive-thru or the app. If an order is wrong in the app and you don't catch it until you get home, the only option McDonald's provides is "go back to the store." So double check your order before you leave otherwise you'll waste an hour of your day trying to get McDonald's. Be aware - waiting in the drive thru takes forever as well. They will always ask you to pull up to the 2nd window which just means everyone piles up at the 2nd window and not the first. I've spent a solid 15 minutes or more in line and curbside pickup is not any quicker. Probably best to avoid this location entirely.

  literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I go to school right up the road, every time I go here it makes me want to bang my head into a wall. I've worked at a Wendy's before so I also understand fast food and the stress. this is simply not that. they don't care about quality or time management, and you can bet they'll probably forget something. I've had some bad fast food experience, but this one wins.

  Awful customer service. Took over 10 minutes to get our order. NO ONE was staffing the register and both self-service kiosks we're closed. 3 customers walked out because there was no one to take their order! When the food did come the hash brown was undercooked. They handed us 3 little napkins with our meal. HOW CHEAP! Looks to me like this is one franchise owner who's running the place on the cheap. GO ELSEWHERE.
