  The reason for not liking this one is due to a very long line and 1 register. 2 mgrs standing around and doing nothing. I think it wrong that you can stand around and allow this. Then I ask for my cash receipt mgr snapped my head off. So if want rudness this is the place to come .

  Same food as always nothing special.but it's one of the only places that offer late night breakfast.staff is fast

  The service is good but I was very disappointed with my filet o'fish. They put what looks like 1/3 of a slice of cheese. You can't even taste it. They might as well not put cheese on it at all. I understand wanting to save money but in this case lack of quality has left me not wanting to go to McDonald's again. Is this something all of the McDonald's do it just the one that I went to?

  Pretty good for fast food the staff is pretty good my only issue is this rude manager, I don't know his name because he never gave it. He's balling with spiky hair. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin after the usual times he said it would take 3-5 minutes and if I was ok with waiting. I said yes, 15 minutes into waiting other guest started to notice I hadn't received my food I asked for the manager but he was nowhere to be found. He was fine with taking my money but not taking care of the guest. Finally I got my food but it was incorrect so they "remade" it by adding a cold slice of cheese to my cold food. I told the person who gave me the food, she apologized but how does that fix my ruined experience. I really enjoy McDonald's and would appreciate if this boss could put a little more effort to at least make sure these mistakes don't go unresolved. A simple remake with hot food would've sufficed but waiting more than 15 minutes is unacceptable.

  The night manager Rosa was SO sweet and nice after the Mobile Pay app I used didn't want to complete my order:( She very patiently walked me through completing the order on the app which kept giving me an error message. We tried a few different "methods" that the app will let you complete the order with (drive thru, dine in) and nothing worked. She said they would make it for me anyway and asked me pull to the side. She just walked the order out to me and was very kind again(Its very cold outside). She is great and I am so happy to have this kind of leadership in my neighborhood. I wish her and her team many blessings. Thank you Rosa and team!
