::I don’t know how to say it but even one star is too much. I ordered online and I got charged for my order, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for my order that I haven’t gotten yet… after another 5 minutes someone came and said they don’t have my order… another 5 min to prepare my food. I work for Amazon and I only have 30 min brake. I couldn’t even eat my food that I ordered in ahead of time… it seems like they only taking care of drive through customers but not walk in guests. And this is not the first time that it happened to me… do better McDonald, do better…

::Kiosks available inside incase drive through gets busy also has available parking handicap accessible . Food is great . People taking your order and managers are very polite. People handing out food from drive through I give a 4 stars because there are times when a few of them not all of them have a little attitude and act like they can't hear sometimes. But other than that the place and food are great .

::I just came in at 2:00pm on 2/6/23 and the cashier was incredibly rude. She was wearing a long gray jacket. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for placing an order and picking up an order. I noticed her interaction with the customer behind me and I noticed their facial expressions when the cashier corrected her pronunciation, even though it was clear she knew what was the customer was saying and trying to order. The cashier’s attitude and the ambiance she gave off made me regret coming in.

::It would be nice if this location was capable of getting an order correct. Honestly by this point I should know better to drive away without checking my order, but again today I did and when I got home out of 3 meals 2 were missing the main burgers. How does this happen? I should have received 6 total items and received 4.
