  I usually come during the weekends, early before reporting to work, about 7 a.m. Don't know the name of female who runs the show, but I'm sure she notices me and my usual breakfast order. The egg mcmuffin, sausage, egg and cheese. As often as I go drive thru, I tell them no cheese, so if it's her at drive through window, I get cheese. But this morning, I was first customer drive through, I order the number 2, egg mcmuffin, sausage cheese, and tell her no cheese. After a lenghthy wait?? She finally hands me my meal, and sarcastically says, "oh, and no cheese." Well when I opened the sandwich, it had no cheese, just like I ordered, however, the muffin was halfway gone, toasted like it was almost burned and the sausage and egg tasted stale, like left overs from day before. So I threw it away. I believe she has a problem with me. She needs to attend a class on good customer skills.

  No guns allowed. Sadly, in the (otherwise) great state of Texas, this signage carries the force of law. As a law-abiding citizen, I must abide by this illogical rule, and set myself up as a potential defenseless victim, because hey! criminals NEVER get fast food, or knock over fast food joints, right? As my hotel also bans guns, I had to leave mine at home in another (slightly) less silly state. Welcome to Texas, indeed. So, being hungry, I went in and ordered: - Under-cooked and soggy fries. - A tasteless burger. - A flat soda.

  Nuggets were cold fries cold and hard and soda was flat. How this place is still open I dont know. The homeless people begging and fighting amongst each other is crazy men selling females on top of the bad customer service is terrible. I'm reporting them to the health department as well for unsanitary conditions it's just not a a good place. I didn't even call back to have them replace my order with fresh food because that would mean I'd have to go back there.

  I hate eating fast food because of how unhealthy it is; however, sometimes it's simply necessary well because lets face it- it's fast. So while a lot of fast foods don't have healthy options I always can rely on McDonald's. There southwest chicken salad with grilled chicken (you can also get fried) is amazing! They have ranch, bleu cheese, honey mustard, and Italian dressing, but nothing beats the southwest salad dressing. And when I'm feeling adventurous or having a cheat day chicken mcnuggets and fries are my go to. McDonald's is a place where you can always count on the food being alright and service with a smile.

  Besides the girl behind the counter who didn't listen to my order and not repeating my order to make sure it was correct, not to mention I think honey moves faster, everything else was fine this would have been a 5 star review otherwise. Hopefully she will be talked to and maybe retrained to do a better job and not cost this McDonald's better reviews later on. I can truly understand bad days or being tired but she appeared to seriously not intend to a better job. As a supervisor in a food and beverage position she would have had the retraining already or not be allowed to work the register. Even the older gentleman who was cleaning the lobby appeared to do a way better job!
