  Extremely slow, and uncaring employees. Manager was trying to wrangle the employees but they simply brushed her off, making fun of her and arguing with one another over who needs to take the food to which car. Total anarchy and no respect for one another .

  I love mcdonalds,they have it all,classic burger n fries,shakes n my favorite,ice coffee,whats not to love about mcdonalds.

  So I stop by here at the drive-thru to get a quick bite, as I missed lunch and this was going to be my dinner. The time was about 6 p.m., and there was not a long line in the Drive-Thru, as a matter of fact I was the second car back from the ordering window. I placed my order, which was quite simple,,, a Big Mac,order of fries and a carton of chocolate milk. When I finally got up to the window to pay which took about 10 minutes, and immediately proceeded to the pickup window,,, and waited there approximately 15 minutes! Then I was told to pull up and wait for my order to come out, so I did that. It was 9 more minutes before my order came out the door. It seems like this location always has a problem, and if it wasn't for them being the only place on the way home, I would probably go somewhere else.

  Worst McDonald's ever...average 15 min wait times for all customers inside for food while cars are wrapped around the building outside for the drive thru with no movement. Loads of employees on staff that are barking at each other and simply don't care at all about customers. The food is awful and the restaurant is FILTHY from floor to ceiling. The owner should be completely embarrassed to be allowing an operation to run this poorly in a thriving shopping center right next to Google's campus. Steer clear of this one!!!

  This place is the worst. The staff rolled their eyes. The girl was popping gum when speaking to me. When handling my food they where taking selfies with their phones. When I asked them to wash their hand's before touching my food cause they where playing with their phones. They got racist with me and told me to take my White A** and get out and don't come back unless I was a man of colour. Don't care I left a 20 cooler order their. Will never go back and plan on letting everyone know about this location.
