  This morning my boyfriend and I were on our way to go out of state and we got breakfast around 7 this morning . He got the breakfast burrito and I had the big breakfast platter with the eggs, hot cakes, sausage, biscuit, and a hashbrown. I ate my hash brown and when I Wanted to eat my hot cakes , I looked into the bag and there were NO SILVERWARE! I was already mad about that and when I opened the container I’ve seen a piece of hair on my eggs. I was angry so I called McDonald’s and I’ve told them about the horrible service we got and the hair and Ms. Nikki helped me . She was very professional and sweet and understanding about everything. I’m just not going to eat at that McDonald’s again

  It's a McDonald's - what can you say? Well I meet here frequently because of location near but not in LA. The staff is always nice and even allows us to stay late. WiFi is okay so you can get some work done after clogging your arteries.

  My mom and I spotted by to get a quick bite and we were served by a nice young gentleman named Omar. He was vet respectful and was very courteous. They could not break the $20 bill we paid and apologetic that he have us $2.00 in change. There really wad nothing to apologize for but we appreciate his gesture and service. A great employee!!! Thank you, Omar! You are awesome!!!

  Remodeled location. Looks very nice. Really new & Nice play area for kids. Staff is well trained, fast, friendly & respectful. Opportunity area: Bathrooms. Definitely could use an upgrade or at least a decent remodel because Ethel do look very old, like the entire location was done w/out touching the men’s restroom. Increased security definitely. Nothing dangers witnessed personally but do feel that an increase in security focused on the bathrooms is needed (tagging alone mixed with various suspicious individuals taking up the bathroom for far too long)
