  Went here for the playground, after i got done telling the cashier drive threw always mess my order up and too make sure it dont happen again, it happened again. And the lady had the nerve to try and call me a lair. Had too speak to a manager. Manager was nice and polite and took care of the issue. Hopefully they fix they're issues.

  Its not the nicest mcD's....The workers are friendly sometimes. But always check your bag because they always get my order wrong. My bf ordered a big mac & the bottom patty was missing. We will not be going to this McD on Central anymore. They have just gotten so bad at service & food. I'll drive an extra 5-7 mins for better service

  Ghetto-Fabulous! Slow at making orders, cleanliness sucks a big one. They are very triflint in there. The quality of the food lacks professionalism. Management is also poor quality. That place needs a full do-over.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD'S! This place is a complete joke. Where do I start? Okay first of all every time I come through the drive through I'm not greeted nor am I acknowledged I am the one that has to get the person taking orders attention. The workers are so rude and disrespectful. One thing here is I always order the same thing and get it wrong every time which is why I'm not coming back here anymore I will happily drive 5 miles more to get a better experience at an actual McDonald's. Oh last point is look at these strawberry cream pies. The workers took off the sticker which states when they were made and when they are to be discarded. Sure enough they were cold and so stale. This place needs better management asap because it seriously sucks and that's coming from someone who worked in fast food for 4 years.

  This is the rudest and most disrespectful fast food restaurant in south Phoenix. The manager is a bitter old man that's mad he's over 60 yrs old making minimum wage...he's rude and has no idea on dealing with staff or customers. He acts like a kid and I see why the staff is out of order. The place is ALWAYS a mess meaning (dirty) & the manager is extremely unprofessional and has no idea about customer service or management for that matter. I wouldn't take my dog to this place to eat. The food is never fresh and the customer service is horrible. If I could leave a review with NO stars I would because it doesn't even deserve 1.... hands down this is the worst McDonald's ever!!!!!!!!
