  Theyre pushing hard to make customers go through the "self checkout". They should give me a employee hat nd shirt while theyre at it.

  The freshest McDonald's in San jose. Consistently the best tasting freshest cooked McDonald's in all of Santa clara county. Possibly the whole bay area. Other McDonald's should take note.

  They remodeled this McDonald's it has nice plush seating a small TV in the upper wall of the corner. It had the two modern order boards where you can punch in your desired additions to your sandwiches. The young people that will work in there are very attentive

  There's always employees walking around laughing and joking around food very unsanitary. Today I went here because I was in the area and I noticed what looked to be the manager with the bottom up blue shirt on wiping trays with a rag with gloves on. Then she put the rag down turned around and grabbed to stacks of loose cheese with the same gloves on. At this location they have you order from the kiosk and refuse to take orders,from the register so there's no excuse for a manager to be handling cleaning products then handling food. When you have workers standing around laughing and joking. Also my fiance said the men's bathroom look like,a truck stop we just left not cool. McDonald's need to do better if anyone get sick from eating here I just told you why im,OSHA certified and manager and staff need to be trained how to work in the kitchen around food.🤤😓😵😨🤒😷🤧

  This particular location is always friendly and the food is always fresh. The employees seem to enjoy working here so that's always a good thing. This is for my experience with their drive thru.
