  The manager is awesome. I didn't get his name but some maniac held up the ENTIRE drive thru line, yelling, screaming & trying to fight everyone. The gentleman in charge started running out the food car to car. Great job! 👏 I'm loving it, 😁

  After a 20min wait due to some issue with the drive thru window, I ordered a meal via drive thru and the wrong drink showed up on the panel outside. I told the guy he got it wrong and he said not to worry, he will fix it. Got to the window, asked if they fixed the drink issue and they said yep, as I drove off guess what happened? Yep, I got the wrong drink. I knocked on the window to get their attention and the lady looked at me and turned away. Spent another 20 min in the line for a new drink. Asked if I could have new fries since mine were now cold, and they gave me attitude and told me to hand over my other fries first. This place has the WORST customer service. Will never go back. Def go to the one in River Hill instead, way better.

  I've worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and the cashier working on 3/15/23 at 1:00 PM with the hot pink/magenta long ponytail hair was extremely rude, has 0 customer service skills and is a poor representation of the company.

  I come in almost daily for me or someone else’s order and they never mess up! All of the staff are friendly and intelligent. The interior is also almost always spotless besides rush hour traffic.
