  Lately I've been visiting this McDonalds with one of my friends for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Their coffee is so good that it is addictive! We both agree that McDonalds has THE BEST regular coffee ever! It's always piping hot so even if I get a large coffee it's hot until I take the last sip. The people that work here are so sweet, very professional and helpful. They are also quite funny at times so you can tell they are good people that enjoy their jobs. Their food is also always hot and tasty. They have security in the store and Dart Police are everywhere outside as are the Dallas Police so don't be afraid to go in to this McDonslds just because it's at West End.

  This place doesn't know what they're doing. We ordered five meals and only got 4. Even tho the one we ordered FIRST was the one missing. No free refills, charges you for a sauce, the cashier acts like I'm trying to steal a drink because she didn't charge me and gave me attitude.

  Yesterday I placed a mobile order for a quarter pounder no onions extra pickles. Went and waited over 10 minutes for my food got back to my job opened the burger there was no onions but also no pickles. Called and spoke to the manager she said to come back the next day and she would replace the order. Went back up there today and the manager replaced the burger I specifically asked for no onions and extra pickles got back to my job opened the burger and there were a ton of onions and 2 pickles. Really sad experience. The people who work there are nice but I'm so disappointed that 2 times my order has been incorrect. Not to mention my replacement burger was cold. Don't think I'll go back to this McDonald's.

  They have good prices on their combo meals. I've ALWAYS Loved ALL their smoothies, ice-cream 🍦 💙 cones, shakes and sundaes (DELICIOUS)! However, this McD. ALSO NEEDS to IMPROVE Their Customer Service-- NOT liking that! 👎 😵

  This McDonald's is hardly ever quiet during breakfast or lunch ,and I love it that way ! Usually long lines of people during those times. Lots of laughter. Most everyone relaxes and enjoy the ambiance that surrounds them. Great selections on the menu. My fave!
