  They're mobile ordering system ended up taking longer than had I just got in line and payed cash. Although Usually a decent meal and reasonable wait

  The service I get varies, especially depending on what time of day I go. I came here late at night once and waited for five minutes at the drive thru. When nobody answered, I drove up to the second window. I saw a group of employees just chilling near the cash register. One of them came over and rudely said, "We are closed." I thought their drive thru was open 24 hours. If they were closed, why were they just sitting there gossiping. Another time I came, the fries were cold and disgusting. They forgot our drinks. We had to come back and had to wait in line for ten minutes. Didn't even receive an apology. Work on your customer service.

  I've visited this McDonald's several times in the last month and to say the experience was disappointing is putting it mildly. Each time I ordered sweet tea there was none mid morning, afternoon, evening each time there was no sweet tea. Sat in the drive-thru 15 minute's ordered apple pie finally made it to the window only to be told they were out of pies this happened 2 times. Went inside the workers were friendly but extremely slow and unprofessional, playing, yelling across the restaurant. Called the complaint number left complaint 2weeks ago and still no response makes me think if their cooperate office is so unconcern no wonder the restaurant is such a mess. I gave 1.star only because there wasn't a 0 on the chart. If you want slow, unprofessional service, a partial availability of menu items then this McDonald's is the place for. Thanks but no thanks 😣

  I think this may be the second...possibly third review of a McDonald's because generally they are pretty much the same. This one stands out and why is because of those working when my wife were there. Everyone acted like they wanted to be there and actually interacted with the customers. It was busy but kept clean. Best one I've been in..because of the employees.
