  We were staying near this McDonald's and visited a few times for coffee and once for food. Each time, the service was terrible and the employees were rude and improperly trained, if trained at all. We waited for 15 minutes for our chicken nuggets, which was terribly unfortunate, since we'd ORDERED chicken STRIPS. When we requested the correct food, we were immediately impressed by the idiocy of the girl who turned around and shouted that she needed 6 strips... as we'd ordered 10. When questioned, she restored our confidence by explaining that she already had the other 4 waiting. Yeah... no. We'd been at the store for 20+ minutes by then, and at no point had any other chicken strips been dropped. The experience was capped off with the delightful attitudes of the employees when the spoiled bi*** of a customer at the counter demanded either the fresh food she'd ordered, or an immediate refund. They get one star only because after a 40 minute ordeal, the fresh chicken strips were simply freaking lovely. 😑

  We've always had a problem with this location. Whether its speed of service, employees loudly arguing with guests, them closing the lobby early, forgetting items, or my personal favorite the time I got a quarter pounder with a use first sticker on it. Like we all know you use hot holding. Most fast food places do to combat rushes and long wait times. But to literally receive an item with that on it tells me that it was close to (if not passed) experation which is up to 4HOURS held hot. Thank you McDonalds for my 4hr old burger. Not sure if it tasted bad because it was sitting for so long or because I knew it was sitting for so long. Anyways I hate you. But you're walking distance and my toddler likes when I get him a happy meal on my days off :/

  Good food. Waited about 30 min for my food while everyone was given their food minutes after they ordered. Manager was nice about it just not on top of her game. My food was sitting, waiting to be picked up. I told one employee i was waiting for my food, he didn't really check if it was ready.

  Did not get my whole order. I had to go back bc they didn't answer the phone. The manager said they don't answer the phone. They gave me what I paid for but an hour later really sucks

  Horrible location. Several parts of the menu aren't on the board. The drive thru sent us to waiting area when there was no one behind us with the excuse of "waiting on the fries". Received the meals and the fries were not only cold but half filled. Highly recommend not going to this location. This isn't the 1st time I've had problems at this location.
