  Our first order went fine, our second on the other hand was unacceptable. The woman, who seemed like the manager, took my order acted annoyed that I came back up. After taking my money she didn't give me a receipt or an order number. People who came in after me got their food with no problem. Not until 10 minutes later (after I already missed my bus) a gentleman worker asked if I was still waiting for my order, I said yes and he immediately went back and got it for me. I doubt she even put my order in. She needs to be fired ASAP.

  I can attest to the appalling customer service. My husband and myself have diabetes Him type 2 myself type 1. He went in there and SPECIFICALLY asked for an UNSWEETENED Ice tea, and the person doing the order couldn't be bothered to most likely brew an unsweetened tea, as they didn't give me that, they gave me sweet tea. I had a low sugar attack last night and am very dry. I'm always dry mouthed after this happens. I was looking forward to that tea, and he drove out of his way only for me to take a huge gulp of sugar when I finally got it. I had to send out my 14 year old to get me something else. They can't even answer the phone. Luckily another Mcdonalds has never been anything but gracious and kind to my entire family, so they will be taking care of this. If I could give it a 0 star, I would. Not the first time from them, either.

  Play center is very updated. They also have screens where you place your order instead of having to stand in line. You can still place your order with a human if you'd like. Food was the same as every McDonald. Good things that stood out: updated and clean, play area has many options. Bad: have to ask for ketchup and it's only in packets, somewhat disorganized. Overall I do recommend this McDonald's.

  They take good care of there customers. I had purchased a six piece chicken strip combo. Upon getting home to eat , the chicken strips were over cooked. I called the store & told them about my food . They took my name for a replacement . I went about 5 days later & received my food. There were no problems, in fact they gave me the large size, also 2 free cookies.

  McDonald's is a great place to get food... It's a quick trip in and out or through the drive through. But u suggest not to got and Saturday or Sunday mornings, literally everyone goes around that time for breakfast. You can go earlier or just go whenever you feel hungry.
